Reopening of our Waipio Branch with limited hours

Effective July 29, 2020 our Waipio Branch will reopen with limited banking hours. Monday – Friday we will be open from 9 am – Noon; Closed Noon – 1 pm and reopen from 1 pm – 3 pm. New account openings and wire transfers will be done on an appointment basis. Please call our branch at 808-671-0100 to schedule an appointment.



Reopening of Branches and Resuming Saturday Banking

Beginning Monday, June 15, the following branches will reopen
Aina Haina, Kalihi, Kapahulu, Kapolei, Pearl City and Kihei

Beginning Saturday, June 20, the following branches will resume Saturday Banking
Ala Moana, Kahala, Waipahu and Kahului

Kupuna hours will continue during the first hour of business daily.



Territorial Savings Bank Announced Waiving of ATM Fees

Getting cash on the go just got easier! As a TSB customer, you may now use any bank’s ATM without incurring fees from TSB through June 30, 2020.

In addition, participating Hawaii banks, including American Savings Bank, Bank of Hawaii, Central Pacific Bank, First Hawaiian Bank, and Hawaii National Bank will not charge a fee to use their ATMs through June 30, 2020.

However, if you use a non-participating bank, credit union, or free-standing ATM, those ATM owners may charge you a servicing fee or surcharge.

Temporary Branch Closures Due to COVID-19

Due to the stay-at-home and work-from-home orders from the state of Hawaii, some of our locations will be temporarily closed. This decision was made with careful consideration to protect our employees and our customers, while continuing to serve your banking needs as safely as possible.

Beginning Tuesday, April 7, the following branches will be temporarily closed:

Aina Haina, Kalihi, Kapahulu, Kapolei, Kihei (Maui), Pearl City, Waipio

ATMs at all TSB locations will still be available for your cash or deposit needs. All other Territorial Savings Bank branches will remain open.

Kupuna Hour for Seniors and Those Most At Risk

Effective March 27, 2020 – Starting Monday, March 30, 2020 the first hour of each day at all branches will be reserved for our Kupuna (ages 60 and up) and those most at risk to COVID-19.



Saturday Banking Hours Suspended

Effective March 24, 2020: Saturday banking hours at all branches has been suspended due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Our branches will retain their normal Monday – Friday banking hours.

We will continue to monitor the situation daily, and will announce any additional changes as needed. If you are visiting a branch, please join us in practicing social distancing by staying 6 feet apart. We are encouraging you to use our electronic banking services such as Online, Mobile and Phone Banking.

At this time, all our branches are observing normal business hours, and we have increased cleaning and disinfecting throughout our branches. We will keep you informed if anything changes.

During this time when social distancing is recommended, we encourage all our customers, especially those who are in a higher risk category, to consider remote banking options that do not require you to come into our branches.

To our Passbook and IRA account holders: If you have an existing passbook savings or IRA, your interest is credited to your account or mailed to you. There is no need to come into the branch to update your book.
