Appointments are recommended for opening an account, applying for a loan, sending a wire transfer, accessing a safe deposit box, or using a notary services.  Schedule your appointment by calling your branch directly.


Online Mortgage Applications

Territorial now accepts mortgage loan applications on-line.  Just follow the link on our website  Applying online is convenient and reduces the amount of face time previously required to complete an application.

To Our Valued Customers,

While the impact of COVID-19 is still being felt across our state, the well-being of our customers, employees, and the communities we serve remains our top priority.  Employee support for vaccinations is just the latest example of various COVID-19 protocols and operational adjustments made over the last two years to help keep our customers and community safe. 

However, it’s clear that our fight against COVID-19 is not over.

So, while we’re gradually returning to business as usual, we’re also continuing to encourage our customers to take advantage of bank services that offer added convenience and reduce unnecessary contact with crowds.

Remote banking options. Please continue to take advantage of our mobile app, online banking, or ATMs for your banking needs. There’s also touch-tone phone banking, which allows you to check account balances, transfer funds, confirm deposits and payments, and order checks. Oahu customers, please call 808-951-1233. Neighbor island customers, please call 1-800-951-8418 (toll free).

Schedule your in-branch appointments. If you need to come into a branch for business, please be sure to schedule your appointment ahead of time by calling the branch directly.

Submit your mortgage application online. Territorial can now accept mortgage loan applications on-line. Just look for the link on our website.  Submitting a mortgage application online is not only incredibly convenient, but also reduces the amount of face time previously required to complete an application.
