Branch Manager – Kona, Oahu
We have an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and aggressive individual with innovative ideas and the ability to generate residential mortgage loans! Ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a proven sales record, have at least 3 – 5 years managerial and residential lending experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field from an accredited institution. Executive Administrative Assistant/Facilities Coordinator
A great opportunity is available for someone with excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of experience providing executive level administrative assistance in an office environment, to support the senior managers of the Administration and Investments/Special Credits divisions, and to coordinate various facility management services for all Bank facilities under minimal supervision. Must be able to speak effectively and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or Bank employees at all levels of the organization and the general public, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ideal candidate will have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Word and Excel, a valid driver’s license, excellent attention to detail, organization, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Accounting Manager
Assists with the management of the Accounting department to ensure that financial transactions and records are processed and maintained accurately and efficiently within regulatory compliance. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university or higher; minimum of two to three years related work or practical experience and/ or training in accounting or auditing, minimum of one year supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications is required. Candidate should be capable of assisting with the preparation of financial statements and review of regulatory reports; understanding financial and regulatory requirements pertaining to department operations and reporting. Accountant
We are seeking an experienced team player to assist with the day to day operations of our Accounting Department. Our Accountant will maintain books and records for our subsidiaries and parent company, perform daily cash management functions, process accounts payables including preparing 1099s, perform account reconciliations and monthly variance analytics. The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; three to five years related work or practical experience in Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate must have an understanding of basic Accounting concepts and principles, excellent organizational skills, ability to work effectively under pressure and meet critical deadlines, and working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Internal Audit
We have an immediate need for an internal auditor with demonstrated audit and/or accounting experience, preferably with a financial institution, to plan, supervise and perform operational, financial and/or compliance audits in assigned areas of the Bank. Ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar major, a minimum of three years of related work, or public accounting or internal auditing, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and establish effective working relationships with management and staff. Must have a working knowledge of Word and Excel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours and minimal travel.

Network Administrator
We are looking for a Network Administrator to design, develop, implement and manage all activities of the Bank’s IT network. The Network Administrator will also oversee and monitor external network service providers. A Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university or higher, preferably in computer science or related field; five years related work experience of network administration; or combination of education and experience. One or more certifications in PCNSA, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or Network+ or equivalent is required. Excellent knowledge of network architecture and administration.  Cybersecurity certification in Security+, CISSP, CASP, GIAC, or equivalent is highly desired. Prior experience with VLAN, SAN, SDWAN, VOIP, SECDNS, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and PKI is a plus. One should have a good understanding of practices regarding to networking, cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and deploying cost effective countermeasures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. New Accounts Sales and Services Representative – Ala Moana
Under minimal supervision, assist customers with various retail and business products and services by providing product information, processing proper documentation, and cross selling appropriate Bank products and services. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public, have one year related work or practical experience and/or training in a banking environment preferably as a Teller and/or with opening new accounts, possess a valid driver’s license, have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, ten-key by touch and moderate typing ability.

Senior Teller – Aina Haina, Ala Moana, Kalihi, Kona, Manoa, Nuuanu
Under minimal supervision, assist the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager with supervising and coordinating the activities of the Teller area. Process various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. Must have at least one to two years of financial institution experience, including six months as a Teller and six months related experience. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.

Tellers –  Ala Moana, Downtown, Hilo, Kahului, Kailua, Kaneohe, Kauai (Part-Time), Manoa, Nuuanu, Pearlridge
Under moderate supervision processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.  Part-Time Tellers must be flexible and able to work 19 hours per week.

Relief Teller – Oahu
Based on the island of Oahu, Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to bank branches. Processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.

Treasury Analyst
The Treasury Analyst will provide assistance and support for the Bank’s Accounting and Finance Departments with various accounting projects and functions. This includes the preparation of reports and analyses for management, journal entries, and preparation of financial models. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Math; one to five years related work or practical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and establish effective working relationships with management and staff. Must have a working knowledge of Word and Excel.

Sales and Production Manager – Wholesale/Retail
Seeking a mortgage professional with a proven track record in managing the mortgage loan production, sales activities and all applicable functions of the Residential Real Estate Mortgage-Retail, Wholesale and Branch Channels of the Bank to meet or exceed established annual goals and to increase the Bank’s presence and competitiveness in the residential loan market. The Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, managing and training of the respective sales teams. Manager will also establish and maintain new and existing relationships with Vendors, Developers, Realtors and other sources of mortgage loan production. Bachelor’s degree from a four college or university or higher; five to ten years related work or practice experience and/or training in mortgages; or equivalent combination of education/experience required. Candidate must have excellent marketing, communication, and organizational skills.

Loan Officer
Seeking aggressive individual to originate mortgage loans. Minimum 2-3 years mortgage loan officer experience with proven local realtor client base required.
