We’re seeking a motivated Information Security Analyst candidate to help protect our organization’s data and systems. In this role you’ll be closely involved in completing security analyses, implementing security procedures, monitoring security logs and alerts, assessing third party risk, and planning for business continuity. You’ll gather, analyze, and prepare reports and documentation related to cybersecurity and information security risks in a banking environment, and stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies. Any combination of 3-5 years of education and professional experience in information security, information technology, cybersecurity, risk management, vendor management, and business continuity management is preferred. Cybersecurity or Information Security certification in Security+, ISC(2) CC, CISSP, or similar is highly desired. Experience with Venminder platform is a strong plus.

Executive Administrative Assistant/Facilities Coordinator
A great opportunity is available for someone with excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of experience providing executive level administrative assistance in an office environment, to support the senior managers of the Administration and Investments/Special Credits divisions, and to coordinate various facility management services for all Bank facilities under minimal supervision. Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support in all areas related to compensation, benefits, and staffing. Under minimal supervision, process and administer payroll, employee benefits, and employment-related forms. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; one to three years HR generalist/support OR supervisory/management and strong office/administrative experience, or HR degree; or equivalent combination of education/experience is required. Must have the working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
New Accounts Sales and Services Representative – Ala Moana, Downtown
Under minimal supervision, assist customers with various retail and business products and services by providing product information, processing proper documentation, and cross selling appropriate Bank products and services. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public, have one year related work or practical experience and/or training in a banking environment preferably as a Teller and/or with opening new accounts, possess a valid driver’s license, have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, ten-key by touch and moderate typing ability.
Senior Teller – Ala Moana, Kaimuki, Kaneohe, Kapahulu, Nuuanu
Under minimal supervision, assist the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager with supervising and coordinating the activities of the Teller area. Process various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. Must have at least one to two years of financial institution experience, including six months as a Teller and six months related experience. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.
Tellers – Aina Haina, Downtown, Hawaii Kai, Kahala, Kahului, Kaimuki, Kaneohe, Kapahulu, Kapolei, Kauai, Nuuanu, Pearl City, Pearlridge
Under moderate supervision processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Part-Time Tellers must be flexible and able to work 19 hours per week.
Relief Teller – Oahu, Maui
Based on the island of Oahu or Maui, Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to bank branches. Processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.
Provides administrative, technical and compliance related support to the Bank’s branch personnel, and effectively documents policies and procedures for the Branch Administration Division. High school degree or GED and one to three years related work or experience in general banking or branch operations. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Word and Excel, moderate typing ability, and 10-key by touch required.
