Branch Manager – Kona, Oahu
We have an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and aggressive individual with innovative ideas and the ability to generate residential mortgage loans! Ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a proven sales record, have at least 3 – 5 years managerial and residential lending experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field from an accredited institution. Electronic Banking Services Representative
Under moderate supervision, provide technical and operational support to Bank personnel and its customers for Electronic Banking products such as Check Card, Internet Banking, Online Business Banking, Bill Payment and Presentment, Touch-Tone Phone Banking, and the corporate website. Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, six months to a year of related work or practical experience with Electronic Banking Services, and enjoy talking to customers. Must have computer ability in a Windows environment, and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and smartphone and tablet use.

 

Executive Administrative Assistant/Facilities Coordinator
A great opportunity is available for someone with excellent communication skills and at least 5 years of experience providing executive level administrative assistance in an office environment, to support the senior managers of the Administration and Investments/Special Credits divisions, and to coordinate various facility management services for all Bank facilities under minimal supervision. Must be able to speak effectively and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers or Bank employees at all levels of the organization and the general public, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Ideal candidate will have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Word and Excel, a valid driver’s license, excellent attention to detail, organization, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Accounting Manager
Assists with the management of the Accounting department to ensure that financial transactions and records are processed and maintained accurately and efficiently within regulatory compliance. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university or higher; minimum of two to three years related work or practical experience and/ or training in accounting or auditing, minimum of one year supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications is required. Candidate should be capable of assisting with the preparation of financial statements and review of regulatory reports; understanding financial and regulatory requirements pertaining to department operations and reporting. Accounting Support and Data Analytics Assistant
We are looking for an individual to work in the data analytics area of our Accounting department.  Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Math.  Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, good analytical and problem solving skills, a working knowledge of Word and strong Microsoft Excel skills.  No experience necessary, we will provide training to help you succeed.

 

Senior Teller – Aina Haina, Downtown, Kahala, Kaneohe, Pearl City
Under minimal supervision, assist the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager with supervising and coordinating the activities of the Teller area. Process various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. Must have at least one to two years of financial institution experience, including six months as a Teller and six months related experience. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.

 

Tellers –  Ala Moana, Kamehameha Shopping Center, Kauai (P/T), Kona, Manoa, Nuuanu, Pearl City, Pearlridge
Under moderate supervision processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.  Part-Time Tellers must be flexible and able to work 19 hours per week.

 

Relief Teller – Oahu
Based on the island of Oahu, Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to bank branches. Processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.

 

Loan Operations Support Assistant
Provide accurate and timely support to loan administration, processing and closing functions for the Bank’s Mortgage Banking division. Associate’s degree or higher; one year related work and/or training in an office environment, two years mortgage loan operations experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication, mathematical, and analytical skills are a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines is required.

 

Senior Loan Closer
Coordinates the activities of the mortgage loan closers in processing transactions between the bank and its borrowers in accordance with the bank’s policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.  The preferred candidate will have an Associate’s degree or higher; three years related work or practical experience in mortgage loan closing at a level equivalent to a senior loan closer; or equivalent combination of education/experience. Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and organizational skills is a must. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, knowledge of banking regulations with respect to banking operations, ability to analyze, interpret, and solve problems that require interactions with other departments and external agencies, and able to work overtime as needed.

 

Senior Loan Processor
Coordinates the loan file flow from initial GFE/TIL requests, through Processing and Underwriting. The preferred candidate will have an Associate’s degree or higher, preferably in Accounting, Economics, or Management; three years related work or practical experience in loan processing at equivalent level to a senior loan processor; or equivalent combination of education/experience. Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and organizational skills is a must. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, knowledge of FHLMC/FNMA, USDA, FHA, and VA processing guidelines and Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS), and knowledge of federal, state and OCC regulations regarding lending and related departments.

 

BSA/ AML/ OFAC Representative
Under the direction of the BSA/AML/OFAC Officer or BSA/ AML Manager, provide ongoing regulatory BSA-AML compliance support to branches and departments in order to solve internal and BSA-AML regulatory compliance related issues. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, six months to a year of office work or practical experience, preferably in a general banking operations environment; or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Must be able to understand, interpret and apply policies and procedures with respect to banking laws and regulations. Qualifying candidate will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, ten-key by touch and moderate typing ability.

 

Underwriter Trainee
Under the guidance of the Vice President/ Loan Officer – Residential Loan Underwriter to assist in providing quality loans for the Bank by underwriting and evaluating residential loan applications in accordance with Bank’s policies and procedures.  A Bachelor’s degree from a four year college is preferred, one year related work or practical experience in mortgage lending; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have great analytical and problem solving skills, working knowledge of Word and Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work overtime, as needed.

 

Appraisal Manager
Seeking a motivated Appraiser to support the Bank with regards to various types of appraisals of real property and determine the value for mortgage or loan purposes, sale, or investment in compliance with the Bank’s policy and applicable Federal and/or State regulations.  A Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university is preferred; minimum of one year managerial experience, at least five years of practical experience in the area of property appraisals; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certificated General Appraiser (GGA) license is highly desired. Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and various real estate and appraisal software applications is highly preferred. Include a cover letter with salary requirements.

 

Sales and Production Manager – Wholesale/Retail
Seeking a mortgage professional with a proven track record in managing the mortgage loan production, sales activities and all applicable functions of the Residential Real Estate Mortgage-Retail, Wholesale and Branch Channels of the Bank to meet or exceed established annual goals and to increase the Bank’s presence and competitiveness in the residential loan market. The Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, managing and training of the respective sales teams. Manager will also establish and maintain new and existing relationships with Vendors, Developers, Realtors and other sources of mortgage loan production. Bachelor’s degree from a four college or university or higher; five to ten years related work or practice experience and/or training in mortgages; or equivalent combination of education/experience required. Candidate must have excellent marketing, communication, and organizational skills.

 

Loan Officer
Seeking aggressive individual to originate mortgage loans. Minimum 2-3 years mortgage loan officer experience with proven local realtor client base required.
