Branch Manager – Maui
We have an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and aggressive individual with innovative ideas and the ability to generate residential mortgage loans! Ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a proven sales record, have at least 3 – 5 years managerial and residential lending experience, and a bachelor’s degree in business management or related field from an accredited institution. Outside sales and/or branch operations experience a plus. Our compensation package includes fixed salary plus a generous loan production incentive program. Senior Teller – Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe, Manoa, Pearl City, Waipio
Under minimal supervision, assist the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager with supervising and coordinating the activities of the Teller area. Process various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. Must have at least one to two years of financial institution experience, including six months as a Teller and six months related experience. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.

 

Tellers – Kahului, Kailua, Kauai (P/T), Manoa, Nuuanu
Under moderate supervision processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.  Part-Time Tellers must be flexible and able to work 19 hours per week.

 

Loan Processor

We have an excellent opportunity for a team player with at least three years related work or practical experience and/or training in residential mortgage loan processing, preferably Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA loans. Ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, flexible to work overtime as needed, and knowledge of federal processing guidelines, are essential. Must have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Word and Excel, and 10-key by touch.

 

Commercial Loan Analyst/Assistant – Mortgage Banking

Under the guidance of the Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer, package, process, and perform analysis on incoming Commercial loan applications. Also performs boarding and closing functions, and a variety of servicing tasks that is in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college is preferred, one to three years related work or practical experience and/or training in loan underwriting, processing, closing, or servicing experience in lending, preferably in Commercial loans; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Word and Excel.

 

Post-Closing Quality Control Specialist- Loan Servicing
Under minimal supervision, verifies the existence and accuracy of mortgage loans made by the Bank and assures underwriting of loans is in compliance with Regulatory/Government Agencies and in accordance with the Bank’s Pre-Closing and Post Closing Quality Control Policies and Procedures. Must have an Associate’s degree or higher, five years related work or practical experience and/or training in mortgage loans or branch operations within a financial institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent communication skills, working knowledge of Word and Excel, and 10-key by touch preferred. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of banking regulations with respect to banking operations and able to analyze, interpret, solve problems and make sound decisions that require interactions and development of relationships with the branch system and other departments.

 

Loan Officer
Seeking aggressive individual to originate mortgage loans. Minimum 2-3 years mortgage loan officer experience with proven local realtor client base required. We offer competitive loan programs and the ability to broker to many lenders.
