Network Administrator
We are looking for a Network Administrator to design, develop, implement and manage all activities of the Bank’s IT network. The Network Administrator will also oversee and monitor external network service providers. A Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university or higher, preferably in computer science or related field; five years related work experience of network administration; or combination of education and experience. One or more certifications in PCNSA, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or Network+ or equivalent is required. Excellent knowledge of network architecture and administration. Cybersecurity certification in Security+, CISSP, CASP, GIAC, or equivalent is highly desired. Prior experience with VLAN, SAN, SDWAN, VOIP, SECDNS, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, and PKI is a plus. One should have a good understanding of practices regarding to networking, cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and deploying cost effective countermeasures. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required. Candidate must have a high level of understanding of contemporary technologies, including cloud and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI). Please include a cover letter with salary requirements.
Branch Manager – Kona, Oahu

Controller
We are seeking a qualified professional to ensure that financial reports to management, supervisory agencies and regulatory agencies are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The candidate will assist with the management of the Accounting Department, ensuring that financial transactions and records are processed and maintained accurately and efficiently. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of three to five years of related work or practical experience and/or training in Accounting and/or auditing and two years supervisory experience is required. Ideal candidate will have SEC filing experience, a background in banking and a Certified Public Accountant license.
Human Resources Assistant

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support in all areas related to compensation, benefits, and staffing. Under minimal supervision, process and administer payroll, employee benefits, and employment-related forms. Assists employees and applicants with general inquiries pertaining to Bank policies and procedures related to Human Resources. A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; one to three years HR generalist/support OR supervisory/management and strong office/administrative experience, or HR degree; or equivalent combination of education/experience is required. Must have the working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
New Accounts Sales and Services Representative – Ala Moana, Downtown
Under minimal supervision, assist customers with various retail and business products and services by providing product information, processing proper documentation, and cross selling appropriate Bank products and services. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public, have one year related work or practical experience and/or training in a banking environment preferably as a Teller and/or with opening new accounts, possess a valid driver’s license, have computer ability in a Windows environment, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, ten-key by touch and moderate typing ability.
Senior Teller – Ala Moana, Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe, Keeaumoku, Mililani, Nuuanu, Pearl City
Under minimal supervision, assist the Operations Supervisor and Branch Manager with supervising and coordinating the activities of the Teller area. Process various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. Must have at least one to two years of financial institution experience, including six months as a Teller and six months related experience. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.
Tellers – Aina Haina, Downtown, Hawaii Kai, Kaimuki, Kaneohe, Keeaumoku, Manoa, Nuuanu
Under moderate supervision processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Part-Time Tellers must be flexible and able to work 19 hours per week.
Relief Teller – Oahu
Relief Tellers provide full-time Teller support to bank branches. Processes various financial transactions in a friendly, efficient, accurate and professional manner. High school degree or GED and previous experience in cash handling or customer service required. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired. Qualified applicants must be flexible, have their own transportation and be able to work at various locations, including neighbor island branches. Relief Tellers earn a salary differential and mileage reimbursement.
Relief Operations Supervisor – Oahu
The Relief Operations Supervisor supervises and directs the daily activity of the branch under the guidance of the Branch Manager or the Banking Support Manager. They work with all branch employees and provide training and coaching to ensure a high level of customer service, an awareness and understanding of all Bank policies and procedures, and ensures compliance with all banking laws and regulations. High school degree or GED or Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred. Three to five years related work or practical experience and/or training in all phases of financial institution branch operations preferred. Ideal candidates will be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public. Computer experience, ten-key and typing ability desired.
Loan Officer
Seeking aggressive individual to originate mortgage loans. Minimum 2-3 years mortgage loan officer experience with proven local realtor client base required.
