  • Already a TSB Customer: Please login to Online Banking or Mobile Banking and click on the “Open New Account” link.
  • Not a TSB Customer Yet (or don’t have Online or Mobile Banking): It’s fast and easy to apply for a new account at Territorial Savings Bank.
  • Already Started? Click here to continue your saved application and use the “continue a saved application” link at the bottom of the page.

 

Ready to Apply?

Please have this information ready for each applicant before you get started:

  • Name, social security number, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, home address, mailing address (if different), and mother’s maiden name.
  • You’ll also need to upload a photo or scan of the front and back of each applicant’s Driver’s License or State ID.

Requirements to Apply Online:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States with a documented address in Hawaii, or an existing customer of Territorial Savings Bank. All other applicants should contact a branch for assistance.

Options for Making Opening Deposits:

Fund Now – Transfer Funds Electronically
Transfer funds electronically from your checking or savings account at any US financial institution (you will need to provide the routing/transit number and account number).

Fund Later – At a TSB Branch or via Online or Mobile Banking
Once your accounts are opened: visit any TSB branch to deposit cash and checks or transfer funds from other TSB accounts, or login to Online or Mobile Banking and transfer funds from your existing TSB accounts.

Currently, Online or Mobile Banking transfers into new Certificate of Deposit accounts are not available.
