Territorial Savings Bank Enter-to-Win $500 Cash Competition
March 13, 2024 – May 31, 2024
Automatic Entry for Opening New Deposit Account Online. Hawaii Residents age 18+ that open a new Checking, Savings or CD account online between March 13, 2024, and May 31, 2024, and make their opening deposit within 14 calendar days of account opening, will be automatically entered to win a $500 cash prize. Only the primary, tax-paying owner of each qualifying account will receive an automatic entry; limited to one automatic entry per qualifying account. Territorial Savings Bank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Enter at any Territorial Savings Bank branch. Hawaii Residents age 18+ may visit any Territorial Savings Bank Branch in Hawaii and complete an entry blank to enter the drawing without opening a new account online.
All entries become the exclusive property of Territorial Savings Bank and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Selection of winner. Winner will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawings will be held as soon as is commercially reasonable, but not before June 15, 2024.
Notification of winner. The winner will be notified by email or phone. The winner must contact Territorial Savings Bank within five (5) business days from the date the notification is made by Territorial Savings Bank to claim their prize. Failure to contact Territorial Savings Bank within that five-business day period will result in immediate disqualification of the selected entrant and an alternate winner will be
selected.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THIS CONTEST. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND REPRESENT THAT YOU SATISFY ALL OF THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS BELOW. EACH WINNER WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO WINNER NOTIFICATION AND OTHER COMMUNICATIONS FROM SPONSOR WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OR PRIZE MAY BE FORFEITED.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By accepting the prize, where legal, winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image for advertising/trade/publicity purposes by Sponsor and its designees without further compensation or notice. By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective members, managers, directors, officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability arising from the Contest or acceptance, receipt, use, or misuse of the prize. If Contest cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g., computer virus or act of fraud), Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest. Any dispute or claim regarding the Contest shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any such dispute/claim must be brought individually (NOT as part of a class action) in federal or state court in Honolulu, Hawaii with recovery being limited to one’s actual costs in participating in the Contest with all damages or other forms of recovery being expressly waived.
